Finally, the water supply is turned on, and the filter is run for a minimum of 10 minutes to purge any air or fine carbon particles.

The Global Pure Water Filter is certified to meet the NSF/ANSI 42 standard for Chlorine Reduction, Taste & Odor Reduction, and Nominal Particulate Reduction Class 1. It also meets the NSF/ANSI 53 standard for Lead and Cyst Reduction, ensuring the effective removal of these contaminants.

In addition to its compatibility with Global Industrial and Elkay Filtered Water Bottle Refilling Stations and Filtered Coolers, the Global Pure Water Filter is also interchangeable with the Elkay filters #51300C and #51299C, although it will not reset the Elkay smart lights.
